Has anyone in your home had a fever during the past three days? If so has that person or those persons taken medications to reduce the fever such as Tylenol, Acetaminophen, Advil, Ibuprofen, Aleve, or Naproxen.

Has anyone in your home had any of these symptoms in the last three days: Fever, cough, headache, congestion/runny nose, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell that cannot be attributed to another health condition in the past 10 days?

Edlin is a private school established in 1989 for academically gifted students in K4 through 8th grade.
