Trip to Chincoteague Bay Field Station

Our 7th and 8th graders spent a week learning about the Coastal Ecology in Wallops Island. Students participated in an oceanography research cruise, squid dissection, wetland ecology, nocturnal adaptation, maritime forestry and kayaking activities. This was truly hands on learning at its best!
